About Me

With over more than thirty years of clinical work, I’ve come to believe that there is no single method or diagnosis that can fully capture a person’s complexity. Therapy, in my view, should be tailored with care and precision to each individual’s unique story, needs, and goals.

My training spans a wide range of therapeutic approaches. I stand with one foot firmly rooted in psychodynamic therapy and the other in Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Over the years, I have incorporated additional evidence-based methods, including EMDR, Prolonged Exposure (PE), Clinical Hypnosis, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness- Based-Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).

I’ve worked with adults, children, and youth in both public and private settings in Israel and Canada. To name a few examples: In Israel, I served as Head Psychologist at Loewenstein Rehabilitation Hospital and as a Senior Psychologist at the outpatient clinic of Emek Medical Center. In Canada, I led a multidisciplinary rehabilitation clinic focused on chronic pain and trauma.

My family and I first moved to Vancouver in 2003. We returned to Israel in 2012 and came back to Vancouver in 2025. Both personally and professionally, I’m familiar with the challenges of relocation, identity, and adaptation to change.

I strive to create a sensitive, respectful, and goal-oriented therapeutic space - one that helps people reconnect with what matters most to them and move forward toward a fuller, more meaningful life.

I am fluent in Hebrew and English, and provide services in both languages.
